For KODA Condominiums, I conceptualized and designed the marketing messaging matrix and brand voice for this Seattle Chinatown-International District development, including all digital ads, organic and paid social media strategies, and lookbooks for the building’s amenities and lifestyle.

I also ideated and directed video content, conducted pre-buyer interviews, and pitched new guerilla marketing ideas to the client. This, at times, was very much a one-man-band operation but a wonderful challenge that I enjoyed, nonetheless.
