THE 2024 SUMMER OLYMPICS

While most of Comcast Business’s creative work is B2B in tone, featuring simple animated text-on-screen, I urged them to consider an elevated, live-action shoot for their Olympics content. They agreed, and what we delivered was more anthemic and emotional than they ever anticipated.

My creative team warned me that Comcast Business likes things traditional and boring, but we were able to bait them into the idea by suggesting that every other Comcast department’s Olympics material was “rising to the occasion.”

What they wouldn’t get us, unfortunately, was much more budget. We had to shoot four locations in one day and use the agency’s offices and employees as extras, but we nailed it.
